TATracker is a cutting-edge applicant tracking system designed to streamline and enhance the hiring process for recruiters and hiring managers. By centralizing applicant tracking and management, TATracker accelerates the recruitment process, making it more efficient. The system allows you to conveniently store candidate resumes, assessments, and other key documents in one organized and easily accessible place. It also helps save valuable time by automating repetitive and time-consuming recruiting tasks. Additionally, TATracker features a star-rating system that enables effective ranking and evaluation of candidates during the interview stage

Role and Responsibilities

  • Role: Frontend Developer
  • Designed and developed various components including candidate sign-in/signup, candidate profile, job list, public job list, and job header with dynamic routing.
  • Created responsive, multi-browser-compatible pages using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
  • Utilized AngularJS features like filters, maps, reduces, reactive forms, and modals to build efficient and interactive interfaces.
  • Managed bugs and issues using JIRA, tracking and maintaining the history of resolutions on a daily basis.
  • Worked closely with the back-end team to integrate APIs and display data through custom components.
  • Optimized code quality by utilizing SonarLint to identify and resolve bugs.
  • Participated in client meetings to gather requirements, offer solutions, and ensure successful delivery of project milestones.
  • Integrated libraries such as Chart.js for data visualization, @kolkov/angular-editor for rich text editing, and ngx-toastr for toast notifications to enhance the user experience and project functionality.
  • Optimized search functionality by implementing debouncing to improve performance and user experience.
  • Enhanced dropdown selection to improve usability and streamline user interactions.
  • Managed different environments including production, development, and UAT to ensure consistent and reliable deployment.
