The Treatment Tracker is a specialized solution designed to streamline the management of Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) patients. It integrates with existing healthcare systems, providing real-time tracking of the entire patient journey from treatment initiation to completion. The platform features configurable workflows, allowing customization for different therapies and ensuring it adapts to unique treatment protocols. With a comprehensive, user-friendly dashboard, healthcare providers can easily track patient statuses, identify required actions, and enhance coordination, improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of CGT therapies.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Role: Full Stack Developer
  • Designed and developed dynamic web pages using Next.js 14 with client-side rendering. Implemented full CRUD operations for key modules including treatment, therapy, organization, roles, and users, ensuring comprehensive data management and seamless user interactions.
  • Utilized MUI/Material to build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces, maintaining a consistent and modern look across all pages.
  • Designed and implemented backend architecture using Node.js and Express.js to manage API requests, authentication, and data handling, ensuring smooth integration with the frontend.
  • Leveraged Data Grid tables to implement advanced features such as filtering, sorting (ascending and descending), and column visibility control, enhancing the functionality and user experience of modern data tables.
  • Implemented role-based access control (RBAC) in the backend to secure APIs with permission-based access, ensuring users have appropriate access levels based on their permissions.
  • Integrated Winston for logging, with daily log file generation to systematically capture and store log data.
  • Developed and maintained unit test cases for APIs related to organization, users, roles, therapy treatments, audit logs, and orders, using the Jest library to ensure code reliability.
  • Enhanced backend architecture by optimizing database queries, improving code quality, and addressing issues identified by SonarLint for better maintainability and performance.
